My oldest daughter has taught in Title 1 schools for the last five years. I have been appalled at the stories she has shared with me of her students lives and how they behave in the classroom. As we have talked about her calling as a teacher, she has told me of the many ways she deals with different situations. I believe she is anointed for this opportunity to affect the lives of these young children. Other teachers often ask how she does it…how she keeps a peaceful classroom…or how she gets a response from a particular child, or how she disciplines so effectively. (She is one of those teachers to whom they send “problem students” from other grades and classrooms.) She would be the first to say that it’s all about love. She builds relationship through genuinely caring about the individual student…and they respond! I believe what you are providing, through Classroom Keys, is a much needed paradigm shift. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. This next generation, as well as those yet to come are going to benefit greatly from these truths!

Thank you, Mindy. Thank God for teachers like your daughter who show the love of God to even the hardest of students, making each of them feel valued! She’s making a difference in their lives, and I know she’s unlocking what God has written inside of her students!
